As a business woman, you must be able to set limits with supervisors and peers, your employees and clients, and your venders in order to be effective at work, run a business that is efficient, and have a life in which you do not burn out.
This class explores how to set limits in a way that is clear and direct, but also calm and respectful. Mindfulness-based tools will be woven into the work. We will also talk some about managing possible consequences of establishing boundaries because you will not always be supported in this process.
In-Person classes at The Cocuun in Bloomington, IN. Come experience mindfulness and resilience as it relates directly to life. You will engage in a mindfulness-based practice, relate that to your life around a theme, and share your experience with others. Some forums will also contain movement opportunities, with options for people of all abilities. Come share in discussion, journaling, and practice. No mindfulness experience necessary. Please bring a journal for writing and a chair if you wish to use one. Yoga cushions are available.
Grief: Finding Peace is a self-study e-class to help adults move through the process of normal grief. Topics covered include what normal grief is, some tools in moving through the process of grief, and tools to help you view the grief process as an opportunity for growth and learning. This program includes a 57-page e-book, a 52-page e-workbook, and audios of the reflections contained in the e-book. The audios are available both in a zipped file and individually for use on smart phones. Please note that this product is available for US residents only.
